As we've noted on several pages throughout the site, we highly recommend requesting a sample for large orders, heavy products (like stock roll items) and when trying to determine the correct color to match your decor. A sample can help you select the right mat before purchasing a product that might not satisfy your solution. Use our Custom Quote Form to request a sample.

We have received a lot of requests for the ability to calculate shipping prices on the site. The shipping charges are calculated and presented on the Verification Page, which is the page following the Order Form and prior to submitting your order. Our products vary extremely in weight and size. Due to the varied size and weight of a potential order, shipping costs are calculated once you have entered all of your product choices and completed the "Ship To" and "Bill To" sections of the Order Form. You do not have to enter your credit card information to determine the shipping costs. Simply select "Order by Phone" as your payment option. Once your products and the shipping location have been entered into the Order Form, the shipping cost and order total are displayed on the Verification Page. On the Verification Page, you have the option to review your final charges before submitting your order.

Please note that orders over 150 pounds will not calculate shipping and a message from UPS will appear on your order form nofitying you of this. If this is the case on your order, please submit your order as normal and we will contact you with a shipping quote before your order is processed. Also, orders requesting Rush or Priority Delivery are not calculated in the shipping cost. These costs will be significantly higher than the shipping cost posted on your order. In this event, it would be easier for you to print your Verification Page before submitting your order and fax it in, or call us with it so we can provide you with the accurate shipping cost prior to charging your card.

Customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will incur higher shipping charges because of distance. UPS or Priority Mail are two common shipping methods, if applicable. Customers in these regions please call for a shipping quote before placing an order.

Canadian Customers: Please be informed that freight quotes provided by allMATS for prepaid shipping charges do not include broker fees, duty fees or custom taxes, unless otherwise noted. Any additional fees are solely the responsibility of the customer.
