Heated stair treads are made of an electrically operated heating element sandwiched between two protective non-slip rubber surfaces allowing it to endure harsh weather. The stair treads are less expensive than melting snow through the use of embedded systems, in fact it costs as little as 60 cents a day to operate. They are extremely durable and designed to be left outside for the entire winter season. To ensure the product’s reliability, each product is built and tested according to the UL499 and CSA e335-1 electrical standard before leaving our facility. Each product comes with a 2 year warranty!
