5/8" or 14 mm - Interlocking Dense EVA Foam Mats
2' x 2' Foot Tiles for Residential and Commercial Use.
Features:
- Dense enough to withstand the weight of common foot traffic.
- Wide range of colors available. Mix and match to create any layout or design.
- Very easy to cut and make your own borders! A simple straight edge and a sharp box cutter or utility knife does the trick. An inside piece cut in half makes two bordered pieces. The color is solid through the entire mat.
- Corner, border, and inside pieces are all 2' x 2' tiles to create a smooth, finished edge.
- Edges are a straight 90 degree edge. The edge is not a tripping hazard.
- Easy to clean! Can be vacuumed and washed with soap and water - test your vacuum prior to using.
- Place directly on concrete or tile - no adhesive needed for a snug, tight fit.
- Waterproof and odor proof. Closed cell EVA foam will not absorb moisture or other substances.
- Meets the Mechanical Hazards and Flammability requirements of the Federal Hazardous Substance Act.
- Anti-fatigue and has insulating properties value similar to carpet.
- Can be used outside in mild climates, not UV stable, not suitable for extreme sunlight locations.
- Exercise equipment will leave some level of permanent indentation in the mats.

Additional Information:
Tiles from the same die-lot may vary up to 5% in color and shade. This is common and to be expected with this type of EVA foam material. Also, the lighting in your room may make some tiles appear darker or lighter than others. If this is a concern for you, we recommend making a checkerboard pattern or select a design that uses multiple colors to alleviate this potential issue.
Have your vacuum cleaner set at it's highest setting or use only the hose and nozzle or bristle brush. Never use the power head on the foam mats! Test your vacuum on the mats to make sure your vacuum will not leave scratches in the tiles.
Not recommended for aerobics or general workout routines on top of carpeting. Slipping may occur if the mats are not on a solid surface.
Dense foam mats are not suitable for power lifting or dropping weights.
When the mats interlock together they will lose about 1/4" per every 2 tiles. When installing material wall-to-wall, please take this into account when measuring your room. In some cases, we recommend adding an extra row on two sides of the room to ensure you have enough material. The extra pieces can be saved to replace damaged or worn tiles. They can be used for multiple applications elsewhere in the home.
When used outside the mats may expanded and curl if exposed to direct sunlight in warmer climates for extended periods of time.
