Food service matting is for applications in wet, dry or greasy areas in the food production industry. Rubber food service mats are specifically formulated to resist grease, animal fat and chemicals. The AcroMat 100-1 anti-fatigue drainage mat is a premium food service mat that is intended for use in food production, wet/oily environments and slippery environments. The 100-1 drainage mat is antimicrobial, non-allergenic, latex and silicone free. It is also impervious to liquids or fluids and chemical and solvent resistant. The anti-fatigue drainage mat can be used on top of a sorbent pad or grating to allow fluids to drain away from the work area. Holes are 5/8″ diameter and placed 3″ on center each direction. All the 100-1 series mats are 5/8” thick with a built-in safety bevel and can be customized to any shape or size. The textured surface, anti-microbial and silicone free properties make this an ideal mat for food service production, as well.

Our Sanitizing Footbath Mats keeps hygienic areas free of contamination and germs. Great for food processing plants, this mat has thousands of pliable rubber scrapers that dislodge contaminants from footwear as the shoe soles are immersed in the disinfectant solution. Sanitizing Foot Mat, standard capacity, will hold one gallon of disinfectant solution, chlorine or quaternary solution. Select the Tall Wall, high capacity, size if you need to hold more liquid (2.5 gallons).
Sanitizing Footbath mats can be placed at any critical entrance or exit to facilities that are at risk for cross contamination. The CDC recommend 500 ppm (1:100 dilution of household bleach) to 5000 ppm (1:10 dilution of bleach. Several other liquid products are available that can make a quaternary solution. We recommend strictly adhering to the product label for proper dilution methods.
We recommend using our WaterHog Classic Mat in conjunction with your Footbath Sanitizing mat to keep the floor dry after stepping out of the disinfectant solution.
