The Guardian Safety Protection Mat is a specialty mat intended to safeguard areas surrounding dangerous machinery that pose a hazard or threat to personnel or equipment. Guardian Mats can be used for safeguarding protection on many different machines and auxiliary equipment. This pressure sensitive mat is designed to provide an immediate stop signal or “Kill switch” when a person above 77 pounds in weight steps on the mat. The machinery is instantly shutdown thus protecting workers from harm and equipment from damage. Our unique patented Guardian Mat® construction along with hermetic welding, allows us to produce an endless variety of custom shapes and sizes to fit your machinery, with the shortest lead-time in the industry.

Rubber Diamond Plate Spongecote® Weld Mat is designed specifically for use in welding areas, where comfort, high traction and superior spark protection are desired. The all natural rubber surface expertly repels sparks and hot metal shards. It offers extra durability in heavy use situations and has a higher melt point of 500 Degrees Fahrenheit. Its super resilient, Nitricell® sponge base offers immediate rebound and unparalleled support and comfort during long, strenuous shifts. This welding mat is offered in a 9/16″ thickness or UltraSoft 7/8″ thickness.
Our Sanitizing Footbath Mats keeps hygienic areas free of contamination and germs. Great for food processing plants, this mat has thousands of pliable rubber scrapers that dislodge contaminants from footwear as the shoe soles are immersed in the disinfectant solution. Sanitizing Foot Mat, standard capacity, will hold one gallon of disinfectant solution, chlorine or quaternary solution. Select the Tall Wall, high capacity, size if you need to hold more liquid (2.5 gallons).
Sanitizing Footbath mats can be placed at any critical entrance or exit to facilities that are at risk for cross contamination. The CDC recommend 500 ppm (1:100 dilution of household bleach) to 5000 ppm (1:10 dilution of bleach. Several other liquid products are available that can make a quaternary solution. We recommend strictly adhering to the product label for proper dilution methods.
We recommend using our WaterHog Classic Mat in conjunction with your Footbath Sanitizing mat to keep the floor dry after stepping out of the disinfectant solution.
