Diamond-Plate Switchboard matting is the newest version of high-performance non-conductive matting. Designed to protect personnel in areas with dangerous high-voltage equipment, it can insulate against as much as 30,000 volts of electricity. Its unique diamond-embossed surface is easily cleaned and will not collect contaminants. Diamond-Plate Switchboard matting conforms to ANSI/ASTM D-178-01 Type 2, Class II.
Elevate AFR drainage matting (Animal Fat Resistant) is specifically designed to perform in tough environments such as the food processing and production industry. Elevate AFR drainage matting keeps workers elevated off the floor and allows oil, fluids, food particles, chemicals and other debris to filter through the 1-1/8″ x 3/4″ widely spaced grid design. Elevate AFR is made from a flexible animal fat resistant PVC infused w/anti-microbial and anti-fungal additives so it is resistant to animal fats and oils while providing a hygienic surface for employees to work on.
Elevate AFR has an aggressive cut diamond surface which provides extra traction for workers and keeps them elevated off slippery and wet floors. Elevate Connectors allow you to combine sections of matting together and create longer lengths, wider widths, or custom shapes with the floor hooks. It is recommended that you use 1 connector for every 12″ of space. Connectors can be purchased in packs of 10.
GripSafe Reflective Tape prevents mat movement even in the most heavily trafficked work areas. Designed for use on concrete (sealed or unsealed), terrazzo, tile or even vinyl, this sturdy tape will hold rubber and vinyl anti-fatigue mats in place. GripSafe can also be used to designate specific areas or pathways both inside and out.
