allMATS Shipping Details

Shipping charges appear on the cart page through our shipping calculator. Our products vary widely in weight and size, so the system calculates shipping only after you add all of your items. Fuel prices change often, so we may adjust shipping charges after you place your order.

Orders over 150 pounds do not calculate shipping automatically. When this happens, UPS displays a message on your order form. Submit your order as usual. We will contact you with a shipping quote before we process it.

Rush or Priority Delivery charges are not included in the automated shipping cost. These expedited services cost much more than the standard rate shown in your cart. For the most accurate quote, print your Verification Page before submitting your order. Then fax or call us with the details. We will confirm the correct shipping cost before we charge your card.

Shipping does not calculate automatically for customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. These regions face higher shipping costs because of the distance. When applicable, we ship through UPS or Priority Mail. If you live in one of these areas, please call or email us before placing your order so we can provide an accurate shipping quote.

Canadian Customers: Freight quotes from allMATS for prepaid shipping do not include brokerage fees, duty fees, or customs taxes unless we specifically note otherwise. You are responsible for any additional fees.
