The Autoclavable Mat provides comfort in sterile environments including operating rooms, pharmacies where medicines are mixed, laboratories, radiology rooms and HazMat areas. The SBR/Nitrile compound is resilient, and totally anti-microbial. Tested to withstand extensive sterilization in an autoclave, the mat’s solid, non-porous surface can also be wiped clean. The “domed” surface design provides an ideal level of comfort, while the individual size fits flat into standard autoclave machines for efficient, effective cleaning. It can also be gamma sterilized or simply wiped clean. The Autoclavable Mat is Latex-Free. Pick-up and replacement of this mat is a breeze.

Clean Room Sticky Mat traps impurities in areas that require dust and dirt control. The tacky surface pulls dirt and dust off shoe soles before they can contaminate a “clean room”. Effective and easy to use, each mat has 30 layers of tough film laminated together in a stack. Once the top film is contaminated, simply pull it off and discard. Clean Room Sticky Mat offers economical dirt control on low-profile carpet, tile or concrete surfaces.

Our Sanitizing Footbath Mats keeps hygienic areas free of contamination and germs. Great for food processing plants, this mat has thousands of pliable rubber scrapers that dislodge contaminants from footwear as the shoe soles are immersed in the disinfectant solution. Sanitizing Foot Mat, standard capacity, will hold one gallon of disinfectant solution, chlorine or quaternary solution. Select the Tall Wall, high capacity, size if you need to hold more liquid (2.5 gallons).
Sanitizing Footbath mats can be placed at any critical entrance or exit to facilities that are at risk for cross contamination. The CDC recommend 500 ppm (1:100 dilution of household bleach) to 5000 ppm (1:10 dilution of bleach. Several other liquid products are available that can make a quaternary solution. We recommend strictly adhering to the product label for proper dilution methods.
We recommend using our WaterHog Classic Mat in conjunction with your Footbath Sanitizing mat to keep the floor dry after stepping out of the disinfectant solution.
