ErgoDeck® Connectors by Wearwell® help eliminate waste of ErgoDeck tiles that may have been mis-cut or a left over piece by adding the ability of adding another interlocking edge. The ErgoDeck Locksafe connectors convert any male ErgoDeck edge to a female edge. Can be used with ErgoDeck Aluminum Ramps and ErgoDeck 6″ Stripes.

ErgoDeck® Flooring Comfort Tiles by Wearwell® provides a “rubber-like” resilience underfoot with its spring-back design. Each tile is specifically designed to cushion the impact of long-term standing for workers and improve productivity. ErgoDeck® Flooring General Purpose (GP) by Wearwell® is designed for medium duty environments where comfort and stability are a must! ErgoDeck GP is a more resilient version of the original ErgoDeck® Heavy-Duty and is specifically designed to increase worker productivity. The combination of the softer compound (in a 68 durometer) and the Flex-points on the underside provide flexibility underfoot and long-term worker comfort. Designed to create “a floor above a floor“, ErgoDeck GP, 18″ x 18″ x 7/8” thick, tiles can cover large and custom-sized areas, while hiding unsightly floor blemishes and hazards. ErgoDeck GP Tiles are available in Solid or Open (Drainage) design with or without GritShield® for added traction. Our newest addition to the ErgoDeck GP product line is ErgoDeck® Diamond Plate GP which offers the same great benefits with the added addition of an improved traction surface and the industry appeal of the diamond plate look. The rugged diamond-plate surface provides the traction and stability that MIG and TIG welders need to maintain focus.

Perfect for lean manufacturing, ErgoDeck® Flooring Heavy Duty tiles can be unlocked and re-positioned as work centers change to fit customer needs. The underside box-spring design provides structural support and impact absorption for health and productivity, even in multi-shift operations. ErgoDeck HD is a professional grade, 18″ x 18″ super-sized ergonomic tile with a slightly textured, flat surface design which provides excellent traction. Available in Solid and Open Grid (drainage) tile designs. GritShield can be added to both surfaces when extra traction is required. ErgoDeck Workstation Kits come in three pre-assembled sizes with yellow borders. Four surface compositions are available depending on your work environment. Available with no-slip cleats drainage, general purpose solid, MAX general purpose and MAX diamond plate.
ErgoDeck® Flooring No-Slip Cleats are designed for applications that require optimal anti-slip traction! The ErgoDeck Integrated No-slip cleat Solid surface design for where ease of maintenance is a priority. Ideal for use in areas where small parts drop to the floor. The Open Grid cleated design is for use in wet, non-greasy or dry areas where small debris or fluids are present. The larger openings provide excellent flow through. The Integrated PVC cleat is ideal for most applications that normally would use a gritted surface product but require additional traction.

ErgoDeck® Flooring Smooth by Wearwell® is ideal for cart traffic and pivoting. ErgoDeck Flooring Smooth is a high performance anti-fatigue surface that makes rolling, stopping and starting movements easier than ever. Soft mats that will tend to deform under load, but ErgoDeck Smooth features a firm, lightly textured surface that delivers a smooth surface for rolling on without compromising traction. Optional 6″ wide ramps are cart friendly, allowing easy on-off access for light carts and chairs with PVC wheels. Available in General Purpose and Heavy Duty composition.

ErgoDeck® MAX Modular Anti-Fatigue by Wearwell® is a modular tile that takes flexibility, performance and safety to the max – ErgoDeck® MAX! We joined together our innovative ErgoDeck® modular tiles and our proprietary Nitricell® premium sponge, to create a modular floor tile system that provides superior rebound and impact absorption. ErgoDeck Max has a patented LockSafe® technology that holds secure but can be taken apart and reconnected as needed. This revolutionary ErgoDeck product utilizes a universal edging system for simple configuration and installation. Each section features counter sunk holes for semi-permanent installations and traction bars for added slip prevention. ErgoDeck Max carries a Limited-Lifetime Warranty.
ErgoDeck® Ramps and corners by Wearwell® are compatible with all ErgoDeck Flooring products. The robust 6” wide side safety ramps prevent trip hazards and allow for easy on cart access from wheeled traffic. ErgoDeck ramps and corners have countersunk holes for semi-permanent installation. ErgoDeck ramps are available in black or safety yellow border color and with or without GritShield® for additional traction..
ErgoDeck® Stripes by Wearwell® are useful for ErgoDeck flooring applications that require some type of color marking on the floor to indicate a path walkway or perhaps a safety concern. ErgoDeck Stripes are longer lasting then trying to use tape on ErgoDeck flooring and don’t require repeated application. Plus, it just looks great since the 6″ wide stripes can connect to any ErgoDeck flooring style.
ErgoDeck Stripes are sold in cases of 10. Each case of 10 includes 60 connectors. Additional connectors can be purchased, if required. Custom ErgoDeck Stripes are available for a nominal fee to match any ErgoDeck Flooring surface or color.
