Static Dissipative Matting is used to control static electricity where sensitive equipment or flammable chemicals is not an issue. Static discharge mats are typically grounded for the best results. It’s important to note that all conductive and static dissipative matting must be grounded to be effective. In addition, unless your wearing conductive shoes, you must wear heel grounders to allow the static to drain off your body and through the mat. We offer a full range of these ESD accessories to insure static is no longer an issue for you.

24/Seven® ESD LockSafe® interlocking tiles by Wearwell® eliminates static, while providing an ergonomic worksurface for your team to perform. The 770 ESD rubber mats can cover large work areas and placed directly on top of a conductive coating or floor surface which eliminates the need for grounding cords. The 24/Seven LockSafe®, “positive interlock” design, allows the rubber ESD tiles to lock-in, while remaining easy to rip for reconfiguration. The LockSafe® connection also allows the assembled mats to be rolled up for storage.
The AcroMat 100 ESD anti-fatigue mat is a highly versatile mat that is intended for use in dry environments with sensitive equipment that requires static dissipative protection. The 100 ESD mat is antimicrobial, non-allergenic, latex and silicone free. It is also impervious to liquids or fluids and chemical and solvent resistant. The 100 series ESD mats are 5/8” thick with a built-in safety bevel and can be customized to any shape or size.
The textured surface, anti-microbial and silicone free properties make this an ideal mat for clean room environments, as well. This ESD mat is Class 5 cleanroom certified.

Made of a proprietary TPO/Carbon blend, the ESD properties are throughout the entire tile. No snaps or additional grounding is necessary when used over conductive flooring. Positive interlocks stay secure, ensuring areas of any size are protected when installed wall-to-wall, ramps and corners aren’t necessary. For transition areas use ErgoDeck’s standard universal ramps.

ESD Accessories work with all electro-static dissipative mats, commonly referred to as anti-static mats or conductive mats. The ESD Ground cord is essential to connect all ESD mats to a building ground. The ESD Heel Grounder allows static electricity to pass from the worker to the ESD matting or flooring. For optimum effectiveness, use our 6’ Coil Cord and ESD Wrist Strap to ground workers to tabletop mats.
