AcroMat anti-fatigue matting is a highly versatile foam rubber mat that can be used in just about any application that requires ergonomic matting. Designed with Ergonomics in mind, Corrugated SpongeCote® Custom Anti-fatigue Mat by Wearwell® readily adapts the worker to the workstation by providing comfort all day long. A long-time favorite, it’s 3/8″ thick, super resilient, Nitricell® sponge base is a special Nitrile rubber/PVC compound designed for comfort and long life. The flexible, PVC surface is corrugated for extra traction, and is self-extinguishing. Primarily designed for use in dry areas, the corrugated surface also resists many chemicals found in industrial or laboratory environments.

Rubber Diamond Plate Custom Spongecote Weld Mat is designed specifically for use in welding areas, where comfort, high traction and superior spark protection are a must. The all natural rubber surface has a higher melt point of 500 Degrees Fahrenheit to repel sparks and hot metal shards and keep workers safe. The super resilient, Nitricell sponge base offers immediate rebound and unparalleled comfort during long shifts. This welding mat is offered in a 9/16″ thickness or UltraSoft 7/8″ thickness. Custom widths are available in 3′ and 4′ widths up to 75′ long in 1′ increments.

Custom sizes in black are available in 2′, 3′, and 4′ widths up to 75′ in length. Black/Yellow border is only available up to 60′ in length.
