Industrial WorkSafe® Drainage mat by Wearwell® is our most popular wet area, ergonomic mat which is now formulated in a Grease Resistant compound that resists many industrial chemicals and fluids. Our Sanitizing Footbath Mats keeps hygienic areas free of contamination and germs. Great for food processing plants, this mat has thousands of pliable rubber scrapers that dislodge contaminants from footwear as the shoe soles are immersed in the disinfectant solution. Sanitizing Foot Mat, standard capacity, will hold one gallon of disinfectant solution, chlorine or quaternary solution. Select the Tall Wall, high capacity, size if you need to hold more liquid (2.5 gallons).
Sanitizing Footbath mats can be placed at any critical entrance or exit to facilities that are at risk for cross contamination. The CDC recommend 500 ppm (1:100 dilution of household bleach) to 5000 ppm (1:10 dilution of bleach. Several other liquid products are available that can make a quaternary solution. We recommend strictly adhering to the product label for proper dilution methods.
We recommend using our WaterHog Classic Mat in conjunction with your Footbath Sanitizing mat to keep the floor dry after stepping out of the disinfectant solution.
